WHAT TO EXPECT
Lake Church is a friendly, casual church that holds to the authority of the Word of God which is our guide in faith and practice.
Worship on Sunday mornings is our opportunity to join together in giving praise to our great and awesome God. We are led in worship by our worship team. The music is contemporary. Our desire is to focus our hearts and minds on the Lord and worship God in Spirit and in truth.
You don’t need to be put together to do life with us.
Our environment is casual and we simply want you to come as you are to Worship. If you’re on the fence at all, we want you to hear us say…JUST COME! We remind ourselves that we are real people, with real problems and a real hope! If that sounds like your life, or the kind of people you’re looking for, you’ll find it at Lake Church.

THE BIBLE
The Bible is God’s Written Word for all people. It was written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because it was inspired by God, the Bible is truth with no errors and is completely relevant to our daily lives.
GOD THE TRINITY
God has existed in relationship with Himself for all eternity. He exists as one substance in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Each member of the Trinity serves different functions, they are each equal.
SALVATION
God’s Son Jesus Christ was crucified and shed his blood on the cross and because of his sacrifice he provides the only way of salvation to the Father through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation occurs when people confess their sins to God and believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as payment for their sin. Salvation is a gift from God, and it cannot be earned through our own efforts.
ETERNITY
Man will exist forever. Either eternally separated from God by sin in Hell or in Heaven with God through forgiveness and salvation. Eternal separation from God is Hell. Eternal union with God is to be with him in heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

WHY I BECAME A PASTOR
I was saved later in life and called to ministry after a series of difficult times in my life. God showed me mercy and grace through the Lord Jesus Christ and placed a burden on my heart for the lost around me.
MY GOAL FOR THE CHURCH
To proclaim the gospel of Christ with boldness and to spread the message out into our community, planting seeds of faith. It is my prayer that we all grow in fellowship providing a loving and compassionate place for other lost people to find their way to the Lord.
FUN FACT
I am an amateur woodcarver and woodworker and find it relaxing to create art.

WHAT TIME IS YOUR SERVICE?
Our worship service is at 9:00 am on Sunday mornings. The service is 1 hour.
WHEN DO YOU CELEBRATE COMMUNION?
Communion is celebrated on the 1st Sunday of each month. All are welcome at the table.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Of course! We think that’s awesome. Providing an amazing and safe experience for children is one of our greatest values.
